How to Claim Warranty

Technician Visit
Our certified technician will visit within 48 hours (metro cities) or 5 days (other cities) to diagnose.

Repair or Replace
Based on diagnosis, the product will be repaired on-site or taken to our service centre at no cost to you.

Completion
Once repaired, the product is returned and tested in your presence. A service certificate is issued.
